Material: The hat shall be constructed from Black 3XXX Beaver felt or an equivalent high-quality felt material. The material must be colorfast to prevent fading or color transfer. It must possess sufficient stiffness to allow shaping with steam heat and retain its shape effectively once cooled. ? Crown: Height: The crown shall measure 4 inches in height. ?
