Description
SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION 1. Title of Procurement Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) procurement of Troll branded equipment in Support of the Aircraft Video Downlink (AVDL) system. Purchase request number AC-26-03727 2. Nature of Procurement Action The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes the acquisition of Troll Systems equipment through Single Source procedures. The proposed vendor is Troll Systems, 24950 Anza Drive, Valencia, CA 91355 (SAM UEID NKHRJR5PMKL3). Troll Systems is the only known source that can provide the equipment necessary for the AMO AVDL system that can satisfy this requirement. 3. Description of Supplies/Services Under an inter-agency agreement with DHS, the FAA is responsible for life
