Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Woodward, Inc. (Fort Collins, CO) for LM2500 Turbine Protection Monitoring (TPM) system Power Supply Unit (PSU) isolation kits. The Government anticipates awarding this action prior to the end of the 3rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
