AMENDMENT 01 ISSUED 09 September 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Update 70Z03326Q201900012_Terms and Conditions to incorporate FAR clauses 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections (July 2000) and 52.228-14 Irrevocable Letter of Credit (Nov 2014). Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF-30 with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires the replacement and refurbishment of the main gate at Air Station Port Angeles.
