U.S. Embassy Bridgetown Janitorial Services

The Embassy of the United States in Barbados requires janitorial services. The anticipated performance period is for base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the government. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov and have an active SAM account at the time of submitting a proposal.
