The U.S. Ingredient Demonstration and Fest event is designed to engage representatives from the Colombian hotel, restaurant, bar, institutional, and catering (HRI) sectors through two complementary activities that will be executed in Bogota: (1) A cooking demonstration led by one culinary expert that will provide HRI representatives with training on incorporating U.S. products into their menus, and (2) a U.S. products festival connecting USDA trade promotion associations (USDA Cooperators) with HRI.
