PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for a Total Assurance Package (TAP) to support the UH-60M helicopter fleet. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement."
