Description
Upgrade existing Utility Monitoring Control System (UMCS) Java Application Controle Engine (JACE) software to the most current versions; purchase and install new supervisor license for existing UMCS system; add three (3) buildings to current system; resolve interface/communication with residential power meters and enhance graphical representation of meters; resolve communication issues with several buildings; 4 quarterly site visits. Contract action was awarded IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.
