Description
This contract is comprised of installing utility lines, connections to existing lines and connections to trailer pads. Utilities included are electrical, water and sewer. Option items included are trenching, providing and spreading gravel and installation of an asphalt apron. Water and Sewer lines and connections must be kept 10ft apart. Contractor must work with and is responsible for all communications, supplies and permits with utility companies associated. All utilities will be installed in compliance with State and/or San Juan County code. Utilities Water - The new water line will be connected to the existing water line between the meter and bunkhouse. Main water line will remain same size as existing line.
