Description
The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,504 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for six (6) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of North Comrie Ave, Johnstown, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease.
