US GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED RETAIL AND RELATED SPACE

The U.S. Government currently occupies apartments under lease in Houston, Texas, which will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous and is seeking to lease 5,390 SF, in Houston, Texas, in or around the 77030 zip code area.
