Description
This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services", and supplemented by RFO Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation". The Government anticpates award of a commercial service contract with a period of performance (PoP) specified per task in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Award will be made based upon a best-value tradeoff process in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD) Source Selection Procedures.
