USACE Kansas City District Employee Parking Solution

This is a solicitation to procure 300 parking spaces for USACE Kansas City Employees working out of the Richard Boiling Federal Building in downtown Kansas City. Contractor shall furnish 300 parking spaces at an access-controlled parking facility, single or multiple lots. The parking facility shall be paved and spaces designated by well-defined parking lines painted on the pavement. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, administrative support, materials, tools, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain the parking spaces and security features.
