The Nashville District (LRN), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract utilizing the procedures at Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.
