Provide confidential assessment, counseling and referral services, supervisory training and mental health education for the approximately 1200 employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (MVN). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
