This requirement is for two (2) Liquid Chromatograph Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (LC-ICP-MS) units in support of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM/OEA) NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RMZB), located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, intends to award a sole source purchase order as authorized by RFO 12.102(a) to Agilent Technologies, Inc. In order to comply with RFO 5.101(c)(4)(vii), the reason for lack of competition is as follows: Agilent Technologies, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing the LC-ICP-MS Agilent as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole developer of the required MassHunter softwar
