In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Antenna Products Corporation. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) to Antenna Products Corporation, 101 SE 25th Avenue, Mineral Wells, TX 76067. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Brand-specific Antenna Matching Units (Mfgr Part #: 1000-1128-401, NSN: 5895-01-261-5521) are the only product capable of fulfilling the Governments need.
