The United States Coast Guard requires contractor support in providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to inspect, test, and diagnose the functionality of the 3-way motorized valves and their associated actuators on both the heating (hot water) and cooling (chilled water) coils for 20 separate air handlers for the Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) at the USCG SMTC Barracks.
