USDA - Kellogg Soil Survey Lab - High Pressure Air Compressor

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 12FPC126Q0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The National Soil Survey Center - Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL) Branch requires an air compressor providing 300 pounds per square inch (psi) at 5 - 10 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to supply a recently installed high-capacity manifold system at the new KSSL facility. The manifold system is used for soil water retention and bulk density measurements. The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Acquisition (FAR Overhaul) is being utilized.
