Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and award a Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to GE Aviation Systems Limited, Cheltenham Road Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8SF, United Kingdom on a sole source basis for: The Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) for the redesign of the V-22 Nacelle Interface Units (NIU), Wing Interface Units (WIU) and Avionics Bay Interface Units (ABIU), as well as the procurement and installation of redesigned kits, and the sustainment of legacy Interface Units (IUs) Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) on V-22 aircraft. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to GE Aviation Systems Limited in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition
