V-Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition - Caribbean Husbanding Services

This serves as Notice of Intent of the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN)’s intent to issue a bilateral modification to extend the period of performance of the current Caribbean husbanding contract, Contract No.: N00189-10-D-0050, with Ship Supply of Florida, Inc. (Ship Supply) on a sole source basis. At present, the current Caribbean husbanding contract is in on its second extension, which will expire on 30 April 2017. The period of performance will be extended for a base period of ten (10) months beginning 01 May 2017 and continuing through 28 February 2018.
