This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source firm fixed price contract to the following contractor in support of Papillion CLC 911 Services in support of Omaha Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave. Omaha, NE 68105-1850: City of Papillion UEI: SV7ESTNBCPS4 122 E 3rd St. Papillion, NE 68046 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research revealed that City of Papillion is the only source who can meet this need.
