It is important to note that this RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFI is issued for market research purposes only. It does not constitute an RFP, RFQ, or a promise to issue an either in the future. This RFI is issued to aid in determining if a single company is able to render all services listed in the attached Recruiting and Retention Services Questionaire document. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding upon the U.S. Government. This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or servi
