Part 1 - General Information 1. General: This is a commercial supply procurement to meet a recurring supply effort for ground transportation (vehicles). The vendor shall provide safe and operable vehicles at all times for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District personnel who are assigned to the Qatar Area Office.
