Vertical Storage Maintenance Support Services

OIDP utilizes two (2) vertical carousel storage system(s) to support intake, document handling, and production activities. These systems improve storage density, inventory control, and material retrieval efficiency. They were installed in 2019 and are currently operational. To sustain these benefits and minimize downtime, USCIS requires a qualified contractor to provide ongoing maintenance and technical support, including preventative maintenance and repair services, performed by trained/certified technicians within a defined geographic radius to ensure timely response.
