The Library of Congress (Library) Veterans History Project (VHP) requires contracted services to support the production of a 45-minute documentary video on the evolution of the Project over the past 25 years, and the primary source materials derived from VHPs archive. As an element of a celebration of VHPs 25th Anniversary, the Library will post a three-minute trailer on the Librarys webpage (www.loc.gov) and other Library of Congress web properties. To align with the objectives for the 25th anniversary event, the video, trailer and sizzle reels must adhere to the perspective of VHPs history over the past 25 years, as well as the Library Communications Offices standards.
