The Library of Congress (Library) Veterans History Project (VHP) requires contracted services to support the production of a 45-minute documentary video on the evolution of the Project over the past 25 years, and the primary source materials derived from VHPs archive. As an element of a celebration of VHPs 25th Anniversary, the Library will post a three-minute trailer on the Librarys webpage (www.loc.gov) and other Library of Congress web properties.
