The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation/Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a Firm Fixed Price contract to perform repairs on SSTG No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a Virigina Class Submarine. In accordance with Class Deviation 2026-O0017 (DFARS PGI 206.103-170(d)) a sources sought notice, N32253-26-Q-0002, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov, from 16 December 2025 to 30 December 2025 to satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response that was deemed to be incapable in performing the requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 Ship
