Description
sUAS purchases must adhere to both DAFMAN 11-501 and 11-502 requirements. Additionally, the 165th ASOS has received both a commercial off-the-shelf exception to policy (ETP) and an Airworthiness Safety Release (AWR) specific to this make and model from AFSOC/A3OU. Mission Training (MT) and instructor upgrade training plans for the Vesper have already been developed and approved, also in compliance with DAFMAN 11-501 and 11-502.
