Description

The U.S. Embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi, has a requirement to replace the faulty Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) of its Domestic Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) and integrate BACnet communication to enable connectivity with the Building Automation System (BAS). This upgrade will allow the Facilities Team to monitor water levels, production, and distribution to Embassy buildings in real time, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The existing PLC, an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1200, has experienced a fatal internal failure and must be replaced.
