PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Fabrication and installation of nineteen (19) in-ground low-profile cantilever style wayside bases; removal of nineteen (19) in-ground low-profile style wayside bases; and disposal of sixteen (16) wayside bases throughout Independence National Historical Park, Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial, Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site, and Gloria Dei Church National Historical Site- all located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
