UPDATE August 10, 2026: BNL responses to questions received regarding this solicitation have been posted. Please see the attached RFI Questions and Answers document. All other solicitation requirements and the proposal due date remain unchanged. Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting quotations from qualified contractors to provide Weld Inspection and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidental services necessary to perform weld inspection services in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), Draft Purchase Order, Statement of Work (SOW)
