Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with vendor CONCIERGE FITNESS SAN DIEGO LLC DBA Enforcement Wellness, located at 37 Aruba Bnd, Coronado, California, 92118-3271 for Quarterly Wellness Training services to support USBP Headquarters employees. The contractor shall provide four quarterly, five-day long wellness workshops for USBP personnel (up to 25 people per day) as stated in the attached statement of work.
