AMENDMENT 3 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This amendment is issued to dissolve the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under the Buy Indian Act and establish this acquisition as a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562112. The quotation response date is extended to August 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The ISBEE/IEE-only eligibility requirements, Indian Economic Enterprise representation requirement, and Buy Indian Act subcontracting limitations are removed. Attachment 3 - IHS IEE Representation Form is withdrawn and is no longer required.
