WIND RIVER OFFICE AND BUNKHOUSE JANITORIAL SERVICES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor will provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies/consumables necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor will be of a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size. This is a perform
