Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through the VA Medical Center Lexington, has completed its evaluation of all proposals submitted under Solicitation 36C24926R0042 which sought leased space in Franklin County, Kentucky, to support a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The requirement was for approximately: 28,014 rentable square feet (RSF) 20,751 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet Minimum 120 on-site parking spaces, including handicap spaces in compliance with local code requirements Following a comprehensive review process, the Department has selected Hamstra-Juliet JV LLC as the successful offeror.
