The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) in Houston, Texas intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract to PODS Enterprises, LLC for the procurement of rental services for five (5) portable secure storage container units (A8 PODS 16 ft - 8 ft - 8 ft) to support the VA Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program.
