Description
Department of Veterans Affairs Parking lease located in Detroit Michigan On June 12, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs awarded a 100 Parking space expansion of Lease 36C25024L0018 to provide additional parking for the Detroit VA Medical Center under GSA Delegation DMI12037-002. Per GSAM 570.403 (a) , If the expansion space is in the general scope of the lease, the contracting officer may acquire the space through a modification without further justification under FAR 6.3.
