The Department of the Interior (DOI) - Critical Acquisition Response Team (CART), on behalf of the National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for Fort Washington Park (FOWA) and Fort McHenry National Monument & Historic Shrine (FOMC) for the replacement of historic wooden flagpoles at each location.
