The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract to Sound Room Solutions, Inc., 40 Glen Street, Suite 4 Glen Cove, NY 11542 the authority of 41 U.S.C 253-c-1, as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. IAC Acoustics names Sound Room Solutions, Inc. as its authorized sole source distributor/dealer for the Accutone II Medical and Life Sciences product for the following states: ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, & TX. Sound Room Solutions, Inc. is a fully authorized distributor for all IAC Acoustics Medical and Life Sciences products. IAC is the only manufacturer that has the testing data of all parts of the system combined and the right size pre-engine
