PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the re-point chimneys and other masonry work project for the Fort Scott National Historic Site in Fort Scott, KS. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to re-pointing of the exterior exposed brick chimneys and other masonry work on multiple buildings of the Fort Scott National Historic Site in Kansas. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425B0011 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by June/July 2025 with performance to begin in late July 2025.
