This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Construction Team has a requirement for the following: Four (4) wells at the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge are in need of alteration and repair services. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
