Z-GAOA - Nulhegan Basin Reroof Admin Building at Silvio O. Conte NFWR

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Construction Team has a requirement for the following: The reroofing of the Nulhegan Basin administration building with metal roofing at the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge in Brunswick, VT. The existing asphalt roofing materials shall be removed and disposed of off-site. This project also consists of replacing existing gutters with seamless metal gutters (gutters shall have snow guards), replacing existing down spouts, replacing rotten facia boards with PVC board, and the installation of flashing.
