HSTR GW and FW Roof Replacement PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, CONOPS Central, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Replace Roof, Repair Wood Eaves on Frank Wallace and George Wallace Houses project at Harry S Truman National Historic Site in Independence, Missouri. Work consists of: The roof surface and wood eaves on the Frank Wallace (2,414 SF) and George Wallace (2,200 SF) Homes need to be replaced. The old asphalt shingle roof will be removed first. The contractor will examine the deck and determine if there is damage to the sheathing. They will also look for moist areas, or mildew, and rot and mitigate.
