Description
REED COULEE PIPELINE REPAIR The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for excavation services to repair an existing 2-inch water pipeline crossing Reed Coulee. The existing pipeline has become exposed due to erosion and is at risk of failure during future runoff events. The project consists of excavating a new trench across Reed Coulee, exposing the existing pipeline at both tie-in locations, and providing a safe OSHA-compliant excavation for Government personnel. BLM personnel will install approximately 100 linear feet of new 2-inch HDPE water pipeline, complete the required splices, and pressure test the completed installation.
