REHABILITATE BEAR VALLEY SCHOOL FOUNDATION, PINNACLES NATIONAL PARK, SAN BENITO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The National Park Service (NPS) at Pinnacles National Park (PINN) in San Benito County, California, has a requirement for the construction of a concrete foundation for the Bear Valley School as the first phase of rehabilitating the historic building in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Buildings. The Bear Valley School is a National Register-listed historic property that is currently underutilized and requires rehabilitation to address deferred maintenance, building system deficiencies, code non-compliance, and preservation treatment.
