STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL SCOPE: The project involves sealing and striping the asphalt parking lots and replacing damaged sidewalks and ramps at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC). All work will be performed at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 days following Notice to Proceed. The concrete repair work shall be completed during normal hours and on the weekend. All parking lots and roadways should be fully operational during business hours.
