Upgrade Electrical Infrastructure Project 581-22-102 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Hershel Woody Williams Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Huntington, WV intends to issue an Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services. This project consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary for the construction services for Project Number 581-22-102 Upgrade Electrical Infrastructure at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV 25704 in accordance with the solicitation documents.
