Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Financial Resources (OFR), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID) in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a contract, on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC One North Broadway White Plains 10601-2310 for the acquisition of a one year ZEISS service agreement and software upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than 15 business days after the date of publication of this notice
