1. The Contractor shall design and provide a complete service-oriented water treatment program for all boiler systems, cooling towers, all heating water circulating systems, and all chilled water systems that will accomplish the following results: a. Reduce fuel and electrical consumption through improved heat transfer efficiency by minimizing scale, corrosion, fouling and microbiological growth. b.
