The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies: The Buoys must meet the minimum requirements listed below A. Supply and delivery of the following buoy system and associated components: 1. Ten (10) Float Collar Can Buoy with External Ballast supplied with four solar lights, a. Can diameter and height: 14x30. b. Float collar diameter and height: 28x12. c. Each buoy is to be a seamless one-piece ultra-strong high-density polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers. No ABS, No CAPS, completely foam filled with urethane foam meeting or exceeding U.S. Coast Guard requirements, self-righting without tackle, and impervious to chemicals including gasoline, solvents, or oils. 2. One (1) stainless steel wire rope cabler
